Fall 2020 Sold's by the Baird & Russell Team

As we moved into Fall 2020 the market continued to remain strong. Low inventory was a positive benefit to our sellers, while at the same time historically low interest rates allowed for some great opportunities for our buyers as well.

As with every season, we had the pleasure to welcome several new homeowners to our community and at the same time we also said goodbye and bon voyage to several other wonderful friends.

As we reflect on a year that at times has been extremely difficult and challenging due to the distance that this pandemic has brought upon our lives, we remain forever grateful for each and every one of the relationships that we have built with all of our clients and friends.
